Web design for small businesses in Scarborough and across the GTA

One person, from the first call to launch day

Malvern Web Designs is me: a one-person web studio in the Malvern neighbourhood of Scarborough. I plan, design, code and launch every site myself, so the person you talk to is the person doing the work. No account managers, no hand-offs, no template factory.

A lot of small businesses are paying every month for a slow site that a platform controls. I build the opposite: fast, hand-coded, and registered in your name, with a clear written price before any work starts.

What you get with every build

It loads fast. Plain HTML and CSS, written by hand, with no page builder or plugins slowing it down. People on a phone see your page straight away instead of giving up and calling someone else.

Your name is on it. Your domain and your content are registered to you, always. You never lose your web address, your text or your photos, and there’s no Wix or WordPress account holding your business hostage.

It’s built to be found. Every page gets its own title, description and local business details written for Google, so people searching nearby can find you.

A live site and three concept builds

Revello, an email and SMS marketing agency, is live on its own domain. The other three are concept builds: complete, working sites for invented Scarborough trades, made to show what a small business site can look like when it’s built by hand instead of from a template.

Clear prices, fixed before any work starts

You get the same hand-coded site either way. Pay monthly and I look after everything, or pay for the build once and keep your monthly cost to hosting. Every project starts with a free quote. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
